The chassis has been designed for 2023 and is now 4.5% smaller than the previous design. The two color options each feature a different logo position, with the Jaeger Grey edition showcasing a large laser-formed design, while the Mecha Grey edition has an embossed logo on the lid. The four-way indicators are also visible when the clamshell case is closed, and the touchpad features a Mech-inspired TUF logo in the corner.

High core count CPUs generate more heat under full load. The TUF Gaming A15 is equipped to handle its high-performance CPU with a pair of 84-blade Arc Flow fans. The Asus design with variable thickness has the dual benefit of increasing pressure while reducing turbulence, enhancing cooling performance without additional noise. Combined with up to four exhaust vents and five dedicated heat pipes, the 2023 TUF Gaming A15 stays cool even during the most demanding games.
